I, as one of twitter user and PalmOS user, wondering is there any twitter API application that works on my Treo650.

After searching, I found one a real native PalmOS application for twitter. But unfortunately the application is not suit my need for twittering. That application is only able to update the status, without any other functionality.

Then later, I found another twitter application which is based on Java. The name is twittai. completely fulfilled my requirement of what twitter application should be.
twittai, could update, reply, retweet, save as favorite, direct message, etc.

So far, twittai is the only java application for twitter that can works on IBM Java VM for PalmOS. other twitter Java application failed because the IBM Java VM lack of support on detail display.

If you want to use it, make sure you have IBM Java VM installed on your treo650 or your PalmOS device. then goto http://m.twittai.com from your blazer browser. then download it, and ready to use.snydezhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07260976995736404566noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1527239219138032704.post-88877771657299812142009-05-26T16:02:00.004+07:002009-05-26T16:15:00.692+07:00tips: bypass keyguard
<img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5150684799508016082" border="0" />
3 weeks ago, i found out that my treo 650 battery is not functional as usual. it easily dropped and caused the phone to suddenly restart due to loss of power.

i think this is the time that i buy a new battery. because the current battery is already aging :)

so i contact several guy/store that might sold battery for treo 650. and to my surprise non of them has it. and one of them telling me, if i'm serious to buy from him, then he will import it.

because i need a new battery then i aggree to buy from him. and i order a seidio 2400 mAh for treo 650.

3 weeks later, the battery came.
whooho!, i'm happy. but then when i plugged the battery and charged it. no sign of recharging activity.
the treo keep shutting down after 30 seconds on. it keep saying something like "your battery is low, phone will shut down in 30 seconds."

the i examine this new battery. and i read on the back of the battery that it is for treo 680!. so i contact the guy who sell me this battery. but he said that no difference between treo 680' battery and treo 650's battery.

so i browse to seidio, on that page there's nothing that stated the treo 680's battery have compatibilty with treo 650. but, for treo 650's battery it has compatibility with Palm Treo 650/700w/700p/700wx.

and in the back of the battery it state diferent voltage between treo650's battery which is 3.6V and treo 680's battery which has 3.3V

so, the guy who sold me the battery said that he will check it out. and for the mean time he borrowed me a treo 700 battery that compatible with my treo.snydezhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07260976995736404566noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1527239219138032704.post-89219360690665687652007-10-18T10:07:00.000+07:002007-10-18T10:26:10.308+07:00retrieve The Outlook Calendar 2007 failed synchronize the events with my treo650.

It showed several OLERR [some number] on the HotSync log. So I googling and found that so many people encounter the same problem with me. here're some link :several solution for Hotsync OLERR with outlook 2007, palm hontsync OLERR error.
those link provide several way to correct the error. But unfortunately all of those suggestion not worked for my problem.

Then I try to find out tracing the cause of evil in the Outlook Calendar 2007. After opening the Outlook, the Reminder box pop-up displaying some of events. Then I try to Dismiss All.
Dang! it cannot!, then i try to double click one of the event trying to open it. dang! it display an error message box "Error, please input positive duration". what the ..!

So I go to Calendar event list, then search for that event that failed to open. After found the events, i try to open it again. it still failed to open. shite!

in the end, i delete the un-open events. because there're no way to open it or edit it.

After the deletion, i synchronize again, and .. whala!! it works! no OLERR again. Every single events both on Outlook Calendar and my Palm Calendar synchronize!.. fiu.

It seem the failed events are recurrence events that has no end time.
e.g. the events start at 1 Jan 1976 12:00AM but no end time. but it recurrent. so it create that mess.
maybe this things happened because i used to use Agendus which has capability to set alarm of an events after then events occur (not before it occur)snydezhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07260976995736404566noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1527239219138032704.post-87173385177627951912007-05-16T10:45:00.000+07:002007-05-16T10:56:19.608+07:00HotSync with Outlook 2007yey!, finally I bought my self a notebook, it's a Lenovo Y400 45A.

Later I install Microsoft Office 2007.
